KKFD Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

Kkfd (https://kkfd.my) is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international licensing authority. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between kkfd and its members.

To use kkfd's services, you must (a) be at least 18 years of age, (b) have the legal right to participate in online betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, and (c) hold an active, verified account.

Kkfd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Each individual may hold only one account on kkfd. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address may result in all accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Submitting an incorrect name, mobile number, or date of birth will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. This may require a photo of your national ID and a selfie. kkfd keeps this information secure and does not share it with any third party.

• Each person may register a maximum of one account.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• Sharing your account password with anyone is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be sold or transferred to any third party.
• In the event of a suspicious login, kkfd may immediately lock the account.

Kkfd supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.

Account verification (KYC) is mandatory before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be accepted. kkfd processes all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of receipt.

Kkfd does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking provider's own cash-out charges may apply. The currency used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same.

Once a bet is confirmed on kkfd, it cannot be cancelled. A bet is considered final once you press the "Bet Confirm" button on the bet slip. Please review your odds and stake carefully before placing any bet.

The odds displayed before a match or event begins are the odds that apply — even if the odds change afterwards, your bet will be settled at the original price. For live betting, the odds at the time of bet confirmation apply.

Placing bets on the same outcome in a single event from multiple accounts, or exploiting any technical glitch, are violations of kkfd's rules and may result in the cancellation of the bets concerned.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳20 (Sports Betting).
• The maximum possible win on a single bet is ৳50,00,000.
• Up to 20 events can be added to an accumulator bet.
• kkfd reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.

Kkfd periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Every bonus offer comes with its own wagering requirements, which you should review before claiming.

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must first complete a specified wagering requirement. For example, a 5× wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of ৳5,000 in bets before any bonus winnings become withdrawable.

• Please confirm the wagering requirements before claiming any bonus.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Winnings earned from bonus funds do not count towards the rewards programme.
• kkfd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

Kkfd is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Placing bets using computer bots or automated software.
• Using another person's account or payment information.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Using the kkfd platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

If kkfd detects suspicious activity, it may launch an investigation and temporarily suspend the account without prior notice. All transactions on the affected account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation.

Kkfd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• If false information is provided at the time of registration.
• If KYC verification fails.
• If suspicious betting patterns or unusual transactions are detected.
• At the member's own request for voluntary closure.

You have the right to appeal an account closure decision. Email support@kkfd.my, explain your situation, and kkfd will respond within 7 business days. If a verifiable discrepancy is found, account reinstatement is possible.

Kkfd believes betting is a form of entertainment — and it is our responsibility to ensure it never has a negative impact on any member's life. To support this, kkfd provides every member with access to the following tools:

• Session Time Limit — automatic logout after a set period.

If the matter cannot be settled through direct discussion, it may be referred to kkfd's licensing authority for formal dispute resolution.

Although these terms are published in Bengali, the English version shall be considered authoritative for any legal interpretation. In the event of any ambiguity, kkfd's interpretation shall be final.
